based opportunities to grow in the knowledge of God and His Word. Holistic in
its approach, the objective of this ministry is to edify and provide practical,
as well as, spiritual insight for daily living. Family Enrichment Series,
Pastoral Teaching
Bishop Ealy shares the Gospel of Jesus Christ
with believers on Wednesday evenings in an informal setting. Attendees
are instructed how to be good and faithful stewards of our Lord. This is
a time when members have a channel of communication with the Pastor;
are free to ask questions and give their viewpoints regarding the
bible lesson.
Family Enrichment Series
A series of workshops designed to build and strengthen families.
Scholarship Program
Excellence in education is a major priority at Gospel Memorial and is supported whole-heartedly by the Pastor and congregation. The “Errick Lamont Ealy, Bessie and Burrell Young and Abdur R. Tahiru Scholarships” are awarded to the High School Seniors of the congregation that wish to further their education.

“A Child Saved, is a Soul Saved, Plus a Life”
Sunday School is a time of biblical instruction
through weekly lessons and quarterly themes. An hour of study is devoted to the
lesson, beginning at 9:30 a.m. A comprehensive review follows class sessions.
Each quarter culminates with a fellowship prayer breakfast.

The Youth Ministry is committed to providing a solid foundation of biblical development and training for the youth of Gospel Memorial. Using the word of God for instruction, we prepare young people spiritually, academically as well as socially to succeed in this day and time. The ministries help them make positive decisions in their lives; to withstand challenges presented by their peers and society; and to walk in victory under the authority of God.

“Love One Another as I have loved you” John 13:34
One of the many ways we demonstrate our love for each other at Gospel Memorial Church of God in Christ is through our Pastoral Care. This ministry consists of groups which ensures members of the Body of Christ and the community is cared for in the time of need.
Outreach Ministry – Wednesday Feeding
The Wednesday Feeding Ministry provides delicious meals to individuals in the community. In addition to hot meals, we share the life-changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Benevolence Ministry
Our ministry gives spiritual, emotional and
physical support to those who have lost a loved one. The services
include continual prayer, hospitality, funeral planning and funeral
day assistance.
The Sick and Shut-In Ministry
This group extends personal ministry by regularly visiting those members who are hospitalized, confined to home, convalescent and/or assisted living facilities.
Membership Services
There is no place where love, concern and personal care exist more than within the Body of Christ. Here at Gospel Memorial we minister to the temporal and spiritual needs of our members. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow spiritually through the many worship services and ministries of the church. Our church encompasses a full range of ministries that are designed for all ages. Membership ministries include: Membership classes, New Members Reception, Baptisms, Greeters, Pulpit Guild, Voice of Hospitality, Wedding Services and Visitors Reception.

Our commitment is to bring and keep Gospel
Memorial “Men of Faith” together through fellowship for the purpose of serving
the Lord. In today’s culture, it is increasingly important for men to
honor God with their hearts and their lives. We encourage and challenge
the growth of men through fellowship, prayer, study and service. Our
vision is to bring men into a meaningful “relationship” with God and other men
so that they can become effective ministers within their homes, workplaces and
communities.

Our mission is to reach women to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ; to empower them to walk in victory; To bring wholeness and balance to their lives; and entrust them to be a witness of the goodness and saving grace of Jesus Christ. Our ministry has a variety of auxiliaries to minister to women of unique generations and diverse cultures.
